I Olimpiada de Matemáticas

Queremos dar la enhorabuena a Paula y a Marina, alumnas de 3º y 4º de la ESO de Laude Palacio de Granda por la obtención del tercer y segundo premio en las I Olimpiadas Matemáticas que el colegio Laude Newton Collage ha organizado. La ceremonia de entrega de premios ha sido el viernes 18 de Junio en las instalaciones que este colegio tiene en Elche, Alicante.

En esta Olimpiada han participado más de 100 estudiantes de todos los Colegios Laude en dos categorías diferentes (una para Secundaria y otra para Bachillerato).

Álvaro

La casa de Alvaro es mí proximo destino.

Me and Bertie sat on the sofa with the Liverpool scarf and watched TV. We enjoyed it. Then we played with the PSP and we won a football match. Liverpool 5 - Chelsea 2 !!

On Tuesday we played with my new I Pad. We watched the golf on the television and then we had dinner. Bertie ate eggs and potatoes.

¿ Quereis saber donde fui después ?................ a casa con Diego.

On Wednesday, Bertie and me stopped in the park. We ate an ice-cream and played football. Then we ate a ham sandwich watched TV. After my sister played with Bertie for a long time and she taught him to swim. Bertie played with my sister´s doll.

On thursday we went to La Eria to play football and Bertie played with my sister Alba and he was very happy.

Mi siguiente parada era en casa de Marina.

On Friday Bertie and I saw Noche en el Museo 2. Then I played with my toys. Bertie and I liked one of my toys. Her name is Clarisa. Then Bertie and I went to bed.

On Saturday I went to church and then I went to my sports shop. After I went to my grandmother´s house and me and Bertie played with my two dogs. Then Bertie and i played with the nintendo.

On Sunday, me and Bertie woke up at 11 o´clock.Then we went to my country house and finally Bertie and i went to play the piano.

Yesterday I went to Sergio´s and Jorge´s house and we played with Bertie and the toy hamster.Then I went to my house and I read a book to Bertie and he liked it. Then we went to the kitchen yo have dinner but Bertie didn´t eat anything because he was on a diet ! Then Bertie and I went to sleep.

Exámenes Trinity y Cambridge

EXAMENES DE TRINITY Y CAMBRIDGE

180 de nuestros alumnos se han presentado estos días a los exámenes de Trinity y de Cambridge. Tanto la opinión de Mr Gordon (Trinity College, London), como Mrs Dense (University of Cambridge) ha sido unánime. Nuestros estudiantes poseeen un alto nivel de comprensión y manejo de la lengua inglesa que les será muy útil en su futura vida profesional. Enhorabuena a todos.

Baloncesto

El sábado 05 de Junio nuestro equipo de baloncesto llegó a la final del III Torneo Inter escuelas OCB 2010. Perdieron por sólo 10 puntos, quedando en segunda posición, están de enhorabuena.

En casa de Jorge

Dije adiós a Pelayo y me fui a conocer a Jorge.

On Monday Bertie ate five pieces of ham with me. We were very hungry !! Bertie jumped because he wanted to play on the grass. Then we went outside and we ran a lot. It was very funny. After we watched Pasapalabra because Bertie wanted to watch it.

On Tuesday, bertie met all my pets. he played with my pets. They all played Tag. There were a lot of animals in my house.

Pelayo

El viernes me fui con Pelayo.

On Friday, Bertie came with me to Miguel´s house. We played with his Playstation 3. We enjoyed it a lot. After this we went home and Bertie met all my dogs. He played with all of them until I ordered them to go to sleep !

On Saturday, I saw a very exciting football match with Bertie : Madrid v Athletic. Finally Madrid won. It was very funny ! Bertie likes Real Madrid.

On Sunday, all my family and Bertie supported Alonso. We love Ferrari !! I think Bertie does too !

Olaya

On Wednesday, Bertie and me studied Spelling. He is very intelligent because he was right on all the spelling words. Then we did my homework. After that we had dinner. We ate salad and drank orange juice. Finally, I made a bed for him.

On Thursday, we studied Spelling and we ate an ice-cream with three balls - chocolate , cream and strawberry !! Then we watched TV. We watched Chowder and Phineas and Ferb. After that we took a lot of photos. Finally we had dinner and we went to bed. I bought a brush for him.

On Wednesday, Bertie and I did my homework. It is very intelligent. It helped me a lot. After, we slept together in my bed. We were very tired.

On Thursday, we went to the park and we ate an ice-cream. Bertie met other dogs. When we arrived home we played with the PS3 and we listened to music. We had dinner and we went to bed

Luego me tocó ir con Cristina.

Yesterday we went to Vanessa´s birthday party. We jumped on a trampolin then we went to carla´s house. She has a pool and a piano. Next we went to my house to have dinner and we slept together.
On Sunday we went to see my friend. Her name is Tania. then we went to Nerea´s house. She gas three dogs. Bertiew met her dogs. Their names are Lasy, Sinca and Pipo.
On Monday my friend Violeta , Bertie and I went to see `Alice in Wonderland´.

Teatro 2º Infantil

El día 20 de Mayo, los niños de 4 y 5 años, acudieron acompañados por sus tutoras, a presenciar una representación de Títeres.

Ni que decir tiene, que las primeras muestras de entusiasmo, se producían antes de salir del Colegio. El sólo hecho de compartir con sus amigos un autobús en dirección a una actividad exterior, ya les suponía un buen motivo de alegría.

Ya en nuestro destino, la impaciencia por ver el espectáculo, era patente, y allí, en un salón lleno de niños de estas edades, otros Colegios también participaban en el acto, les pudimos ver reír, disfrutar, intervenir si el momento lo requería… hasta que llegó el último minuto de la obra.

“La rana Juana” , que así se llamaba la obra, se llevó los mayores aplausos que podíamos imaginar, sobre todo, porque las personas que daban vida a todos los personajes, les hacían partícipes del espectáculo.

Ya por la tarde, en el Colegio, trabajamos alrededor de esta experiencia, y finalmente plasmaron en un dibujo lo vivido en esta jornada tan especial.

Graduación

El pasado 8 de Mayo se celebró en el Colegio la XXIII Graduación de los alumnos de 2º de Bachillerato. Después de unas palabras del padre de uno de los graduados, la imposición de insignias y las palabras de alumnos y profesores se procedió a unos momentos de convivencia en el propio Colegio. ENHORABUENA A TODOS LOS GRADUADOS.

Today Bertie and me did the homework together. We also watched TV, a programme called `Patito Feo´. Finally we slept together.

The day after : Today we played with the ball in the garden. Then Bertie and me played with the Nintendo DS. I loved playing with him. His behaviour was great !!!

De momento el último fue Jorge

Luego le tocó a Jorge cuidar de mí.

Yesterday Bertie and I played football with my brother and we played table football. Bertie won 9-5 and he went to sleep at half past nine.

The next day : Today Bertie and I played basketball in my bedroom. We took photos, played with the PSP and the Playstation 3 . Bertie had a good time and he ate fish and he slept all night.

Después me fui con Pedro.

Yesterday Bertie and I played football in the park. Then Bertie and I walked around the Morgal. Then we went to the restaurant for dinner. The next day, Bertie and I played basketball in the garden. Bertie played with the Nintendo DS and Bertie enjoyed himself very much in my house.

También fui a casa con Alejandro.

This afternoon Bertie, Diego, Sergio, Alba and me climbed a tree in the park. Then we went to my mum´s shop and sold a guitar. After that , we went to my grandmother´s house to get my brother, Pablo.When we returned home Bertie helped me to do my homework.

The next day : Bertie and I went to the swimming pool but Bertie couldn´t swim because animals can´t swim with people. Finally we had two big and delicious hamburgers for dinner.

Erase una vez....la historia

El jueves 22 de Abril asistimos con nuestros alumnos de 5º y 6º de Primaria al Teatro Filarmónica al espectáculo "Erase una vez...la historia".

La obra social de Ibercaja y el grupo "b vocal" siguiendo con su colaboración en diversas propuests pedagógicas a lo largo de los últimos años nos presentaron en esta ocasión un espectáculo que recorre los principales estilos artísticos que han marcado las distintas épocas del desarrollo de la humanidad. Todo lo que escucharon y vieron nuestros alumnos en este espectáculo les será difícil de olvidar. Les ha hecho sonreir y disfrutar de la mejor música de todas las épocas contada y cantada con la simpatía y el humor de este grupo maño "b vocal" que lleva 12 años innovando en la interpretación de música sin instrumentos y enseñando y divirtiendo a los chicos y chicas delas diferentes comunidades autónomas. "b vocal" practica un estilo personal y diferente de entender la música "a capella", esto es la música interpretada sin ningún apoyo instrumental. Con sus voces imitan los más variados instrumentos, relaizando versiones de temas musicales de todos los estilos y épocas e interpretando canciones propias. Desde luego consiguieron divertirnos tanto a profesores como alumnos y desde aquí queremos desearles que continuen teniendo éxito en su carrera musical.

Yune con Bertie

La siguiente con suerte era Yune.

Yesterday I went to my country house and Bertie and me played football. Today me and Bertie went to the cinema to watch Alice in Wonderland.
